Nevertheless, the National Council on Aging uses that question as part of a survey to determine how well-informed seniors are about ObamaCare. The survey (pdf) gave respondents the following statement: “The new law is projected to increase the federal budget deficit over the next ten years and beyond.” Respondents could say true, false, or don’t know. According to NCOA, only 14% got the correct answer, false; 49% said it was true, and 37% said they didn’t know. |
