Benjamin Harrison Elementary School raised nearly $1,300 and put together 55 health kits to be delivered to Haiti as part of Epworth United Methodist Church's project for the United Methodist Committee on Relief.

Read The White House Cook Book, a 521 page book of interesting recipes edited by Fanny Lemira Gillette which was published in 1889. The book was published towards the end of Grover Cleveland’s first presidency and the beginning of Benjamin Harrison's. Needless to say, there are plenty of pork recipes! ;)
